Skydiving is an incredible experience. The views we get from 14,000 feet, looking out over the grassy plains and forests of Missouri, are breathtaking and our team of some of the most passionate, most dedicated skydivers in the country are here to make sure you have a fantastic time with us.

Skydive Kansas City was founded by Chris and John Hall in 1998. John himself had been skydiving since the 1970s and has seen the sport progress and technologies develop over the years. He's widely recognised as one of the area's great demo jumpers, jumping into shows and events across the metro and delighting audiences for many years.
Chris started skydiving at the age of 18 and is known for his impeccable freefall photography skills.
Together, they've made more than 7,000 skydives. They're both extremely passionate about the sport of skydiving and this is why they founded Skydive KC, making skydiving accessible for the people who live locally as well as those who come from further afield to experience our hospitality.
An Outstanding Reputation
Over the years, Skydive KC has built a reputation for excellence. Our customer service is second to none.
We're also recognised for our impeccable safety record. As a USPA (United States Parachute Association) member drop zone, we are guided by the regulations laid out by our governing body. We've also put into place our own SOPs (standard operating procedures) to help keep operations running smoothly and make sure everyone has a fantastic time with us.
Our team is, in our opinion, one of the greatest in the country, too. Chris and John are inspirational skydivers and they have welcomed other passionate and skilled skydivers who want to make their career in skydiving. We're family owned and the whole place feels like one big family.

The Best Airplanes In The Area
One of the most important parts of your jump, yet the part we seem to talk about least (especially with first timers) is the airplane.
The airplane has a big effect on your experience of the jump. Depending on the aircraft used by the center, your comfort, the time to get to altitude and the style of exit are all different.
Here at Skydive KC, we're known for our awesome aircraft. Experienced skydivers will travel for some distance to skydive here in Missouri from our C-90 King Air.
The King Air is one of the world's greatest skydiving aircraft, known for its speed to altitude, comfort and large door for exit. It takes 14 skydivers to 14,000 feet in just 9 minutes - which is faster than most other skydiving airplanes.
In terms of your experience, this means you'll be more comfortable and get to altitude much faster - so no uncomfortable rides of 20 minutes or more strapped to your instructor.
We also have two Cessna 182s, which are smaller aircraft but they give us an enviable lift capacity, meaning we can do more jumps per day.
